Pro 8-Bay Commercial Galvanized Poultry Nesting Complex

Built for Heavy Production. Galvanized Steel Armor. Total Flock Harmony.

Managing a productive flock of 20 to 40 birds with makeshift plastic tubs or decaying wooden crates quickly turns into an expensive headache. Crowding causes territorial pecking fights, crushed shells, and dirty eggs, while porous wood absorbs moisture and ammonia—creating a dangerous harborage for devastating red mite infestations.

Meet the ValayRoost™ Pro 8-Bay Galvanized Nesting Complex—a heavy-duty poultry station built for dedicated homesteaders, small farms, and free-range runs. Engineered from heavy-duty, rust-resistant galvanized steel with a dual-tier space-saving layout, it delivers 8 private, ventilated laying suites that eliminate coop aggression, preserve shell integrity, and stand up to decades of rugged farm life.

• 🛡️ Heavy-Gauge Rust-Proof Galvanized Steel: Immune to rot, warping, splintering, and gnawing predators. The smooth, non-porous metal walls provide bio-secure defense, denying blood-sucking red mites and lice micro-crevices to breed.

• 🐔 High-Yield 8-Suite Double-Tier Layout: Comfortably accommodates 25 to 40 laying hens. Eight private compartments give high-production breeds (Orpingtons, Australorps, Leghorns, Brahmas, Plymouth Rocks) the dark, sheltered seclusion they require for maximum egg production.

• 🪵 Dual Flip-Up Wooden Perch Bars: Full-width natural hardwood perches make entering the top and bottom tiers effortless. Fold them up securely in the evening to keep hens from sleeping in the nesting boxes, keeping fresh bedding free from night droppings.

• 🌬️ Multi-Port Precision Cross-Ventilation: Precision-punched airflow ports along external side panels and interior bay dividers eliminate stagnant, moisture-heavy ammonia air, keeping hens comfortable and dry even during peak summer heat.

• 🚫 Anti-Roost Pitch Roof Canopy: Engineered with a steep 45-degree angle that prevents birds from roosting overhead, stopping unsanitary droppings from piling up on top of the structure.

• 🧽 Slide-Out Bottom Trays for 2-Minute Cleaning: Galvanized bottom trays slide out independently for lightning-fast litter changes, making sanitation and bedding refreshes virtually effortless.
